Alana Ecology is now part of NHBS

From the 1st September 2011 Alana Ecology is part of NHBS - Everything for wildlife, science and environment (www.nhbs.com). The transition from Alana's warehouse in Shropshire is complete and all customer service and stock are now managed from one large warehouse location in Totnes, Devon.

  • Amazing Customer Experience. We pick up the phone within three rings. Emails are answered the day you send them; normally within an hour or two.

Alana Ecology was founded in 1997 as a specialist in wildlife and environmental monitoring equipment. Alana Ecology keeps customers up-to-date with its popular printed catalogue and www.alanaecology.com.

NHBS - Everything for wildlife, science & environment (until 1990 known as the Natural History Book Service) was founded in 1985 as a specialist in wildlife and science books. Adding wildlife equipment to the range in 2008, NHBS supplies ecologists, scientists and wildlife enthusiasts around the world.

Do I need anything?

www.alanaecology.com, email, fax and phone are all the same - you can order through Alana Ecology or NHBS. If you have a credit account with Alana Ecology you will need to update your payment information when remitting payments. New payment information will be clearly marked on all invoices.
