If an item appears to be damaged or faulty on receipt, please arrange a Return.

We pride ourselves on the quality and suitability of our products and offer a one-year guarantee on all products alongside any manufacturer’s guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exclusions from guarantee
The following costs are specifically excluded from any guarantee:

• The cost of repair due to breakdown caused by inappropriate use, accident, or by deliberate damage or neglect of the product.
• The cost of consumer-replaceable items such as batteries, light bulbs and other consumables.
• Cosmetic damage and/or non-functional parts which do not affect the normal use of the product.

To arrange repair of goods under our 12 month guarantee, please contact Technical Support in the first instance for advice.

If the repair cannot be made at home, we will ask you to return the product to us securely packaged together with your contact details and a brief explanation. Our Technical Department will first try to repair the item. The turnaround time is normally around one week but if for any reason the repair may take longer, we will contact you and explain the situation.

If our Technical Department cannot rectify the fault, the unit will be returned to the manufacturer for repair/replacement and we will keep you informed of progress.

If your product cannot be repaired, or would be uneconomical to repair, we will replace it with the same model. If it is no longer available, we will provide an alternative of similar specification and quality.

Damage or faults arising as a consequence of inappropriate use or accident are specifically excluded from this guarantee.
