An efficient and secure delivery at the lowest cost to our customers. Delivered by Royal Mail in the UK, and national post companies in other countries. International orders are sent by airmail. Please note that standard shipping does not include a tracking number; if you require tracable shipping, please choose Express delivery, and request a tracking number.

For urgent and highly secure deliveries, we can send your order by courier, air freight or by an international carrier. Please ask Customer Services if you would like more information or a quote for a particular destinatio Please note that for express service someone will need to be present at your address to sign for your package. We cannot send express deliveries to PO boxes.

The Alana Shopping Basket will calculate the Express Shipping charge where possible. In case the Express Shipping charge cannot be calculated automatically, we will advise you of the actual Express cost by email. Alternatively, if you would like a quote for express delivery before selecting this option please contact Customer Services.

All items that are in stock at the time an Express order is placed will be sent with our next dispatch. We send to all destinations Mondays to Fridays.

Orders are processed within 1 working day of receipt and we will attempt to dispatch your order as soon as possible thereafter. We hold a huge number of items in stock so can usually dispatch orders very rapidly. However, some orders will take longer to arrive if the items are out of stock.

All in-stock items on Express orders received by 12 noon Monday to Friday will be sent the same day.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:

For standard delivery service:
To the UK: 2 - 4 days
To Europe: 3 - 10 days
To North America: 5 - 12 days
To the Rest of the World: 7 - 25 days

For express delivery service:
To the UK Mainland (excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands): 1 day
To Europe: 2 - 6 days
To North America: 2 - 4 days
To the Rest of the World: 3 - 10 days

When ordering goods for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the customer as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
