You may cancel your order at any time up until it is despatched. |

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily exchange it or refund the purchase price in full. Please note that we are unable to make a refund for custom-built items, goods such as CDs, DVDs, video or software where the item has been unsealed. Custom-made items are clearly marked as 'Built to order' on the individual product page.Please note that postage charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty. Items should be returned in resaleable condition and in the original packaging. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Please contact us if you are in any doubt about the best way to return an item. |

Please report any damage in transit within 3 days of receipt and any fault within 7 days. Arrangements will then be made for replacement of faulty goods. |

All our products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Damage or faults arising as a consequence of inappropriate use or accident are specifically excluded from any guarantee. Should a product requiring repair no longer be under guarantee, please contact us for a quotation for the cost of repair. |
