Credit/Debit Cards

We accept all major credit/debit cards:

    • Your invoice address must be the address at which the card is registered, although we can deliver to a different address if required. Payment is not charged to your card until goods are ready for despatch.

    Prepayment

    Cheque or bank draft in GBP £ Sterling made payable to Alana Ecology Ltd. Please allow up to 7 days for clearance prior to despatch of goods.

    Currency

    We accept payment in GBP £ Sterling or Euros. If you wish to be invoiced/pay in Euros please contact us for a quotation.

    On Account

    We accept official orders from government departments, local authorities, educational establishments or public service bodies. Post or fax your official order with order number. Credit terms 30 days from receipt of goods.
