Your order will be despatched by Royal Mail or Parcelforce to arrive in 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday), subject to stock availability. A signature may be required on delivery. |

Place your order before 12 noon and it will be despatched to arrive on the next working day*, subject to stock availability. A signature will be required.

- Order placed Monday before 12.00, arrives Tuesday (before 5.30pm)

We will normally hold your order until all items are ready for despatch. If you prefer, we can despatch your goods separately as soon as they become available. There is an additional charge of £3.95 (UK deliveries) or £9.95 (International deliveries) per extra despatch for this service. |

If your order is delayed for longer than 14 days for any reason, we will let you know how long you can expect it to be. You may cancel your order at any time up until it is despatched. |

If your order is for a single small item such as a hand lens or torch bulb, at our discretion we will reduce the shipping charge to £1.95 when your order is processed. |

Delivery terms apply to most consignments up to 30kg in weight. If your order is exceptionally heavy or bulky, there may be an additional charge for shipping (made at cost). If this is the case, we will contact you with a no-obligation quotation before proceeding with your order. |

We can deliver to BFPO addresses overseas. Please select the UK as the delivery destination country and enter the BFPO number in the post code field when you enter the address. |

Deliveries to the Channel Islands and destinations outside the UK will be sent by Parcelforce International, registered mail or international courier.Delivery terms apply to most consignments, but if your order is heavy, bulky, or high value, there may be an additional charge for shipping (made at cost). We recycle as much packaging as possible. If your package contains polystyrene chips, it is because we are re-using those which we have received. Please re-use packaging if you can. Remember too that cardboard (after removing tape) can be recycled as green waste at a local recycling centre or better still as a valuable component of your home compost! |
